please try if it works when you enter the following path under
Shield -> Advanced -> Trusted Paths (allow everywhere) (one per line)
the following path:
tmp/up-img
/cache/ is already automatically allowed like this - /tmp/ is actually not intended for Gallery Thumbnails - a bit of an awkward setup in the UP-Lomart plugin.
