Hi,
The warning about SP Page Builder 6.9.1 only showed up in the feed yesterday evening at 9:35 PM – the feed is checked every 6 hours.
- You get an email alert (through the component).
- The component tries to install the update automatically, as long as SP Page Builder isn’t set to “Never”.
- The grace period only applies to regular updates – it doesn’t make sense to wait with security updates.
- In the dashboard, pages turn red if there are pending security updates or urgent security issues.
Right now, the activity log in the dashboard only shows actions triggered through the dashboard.
In future versions, I’ll change that so it keeps a full log of all updates – including those done externally or manually. Based on that, we’ll also be able to generate monthly summary emails for customers – basically a complete update report.
