I can't access the SP Page Builder frontend editor

Hello everyone.

I use Joomla 3 and SP Page Builder. When I try to access the SP Page Builder frontend editor, I get a warning stating that I do not have authorization. Sometimes, after this attempt, the site becomes inaccessible to me for about three hours, and I can only access it via a different network.
How can I resolve this?

Hi,

Could you take a screenshot of the "No permission" message?
Is there anything showing up in the browser console? Right-click -> Inspect or press F12 to open it.
If you’re getting blocked for a longer time, that usually means your web host’s firewall kicked in.
HTProtect itself doesn’t set temporary IP address blocks.
