Cancel your contract here

Here you can cancel a paid contract with HTProtect.app – no sign-in needed, using the statutory cancellation button (§ 312k BGB). Just fill in the form and confirm with “Cancel now”. You'll see a confirmation of receipt on screen right away and get one in text form by email.

If you're signed in, you can also cancel directly under Account → Billing.

With an ordinary cancellation your paid plan runs until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; after that the free plan applies automatically. Your connected websites stay in place. The details are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
